Experience Capoeira through workshops led by international masters and invited instructors, bringing together movement, technique, music, culture and the energy of the roda. The workshops are open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced capoeiristas. No previous Capoeira experience is required, and participants are encouraged to work according to their own ability and fitness level. Please note: As these workshops are conducted by experienced international masters, some sessions may involve higher-intensity movements, drills and training. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks when needed and inform the instructor of any physical limitations or injuries before the session. Come ready to learn, challenge yourself and experience Capoeira together with practitioners from different backgrounds and levels.
